JMD offers two anodize lines to accommodate a broad range of parts and lot sizes. Our primary anodize hoistline can process parts up to 500 lbs and up to a maximum dimensional size of 2’ by 3’ by 4’. Our secondary anodize hoistline can process parts up to 2000 pounds and up to a maximum dimensional size of 3’ x 4’ x 10’.

JMD offers the following standard
anodizing colors: Black, Red, Blue, Green and Gold.
Additionally, JMD is able to color match to your needs with its custom color selection process.
Anodizing provides:
· Continuous finish over an entire article

Increases the corrosion resistance of each part
· Prolongs the life of the base metal
· Improves aesthetic value of the part
Things to Note:
· Corrosion resistance of aluminum alloys is greatly increased with anodize
· The anodized surface is non-conductive. To maintain areas of conductivity parts can be masked
prior to finish to your exact specifications.
